Just as generous as she is ambitious, Anshia “Briclyn” Crooms, M.A., runs the point position as the Co-Founder of her Non-Profit Organization, Project Hygiene, Inc and as CEO of her multi-faceted business, Briclyn Entertainment Group, LLC which is a Boutique Booking and Events Agency specializing in Talent Booking, Talent Buying and Event Programming. Briclyn’s roster includes GRAMMY Nominated Artist Eric Roberson, Singer-Songwriter / Emcee Maimouna Youssef aka Mumu Fresh, PJ Morton, Kevin Ross and more.
After obtaining her B.S. in Communication Broadcast Journalism from Bowie State University, Anshia moved to New York City to pursue her Master’s degree. By the age of 23 she not only obtained her Master’s from The New School, she also launched Briclyn Entertainment in 2007. Utilizing all the skills and knowledge she obtained from impressive internships with Hidden Beach Recordings, Island Def Jam, and TV One to name a few, Crooms drive to make her mark was insatiable; and some of her hard work paid off when she was recognized in 2011 as a nominee for Billboard Women in Music.
Turning her dreams into reality, the last 14 years have generated work in major arenas for the Pocomoke, MD native. In 2015, Anshia produced The Language of Love Music Festival sponsored by Toyota during the CIAA Tournament which was a two-day festival and secured contracts for the Bowie State University Homecoming season and again in 2016. Since Briclyn’s inception Anshia has booked clients at legendary music venues and festivals domestically and internationally. Such venues and festivals have been Black Girls Rock, AFROPUNK, The National Museum of African American Music, The Jazz Café in London, UK, The Howard Theatre, The Kennedy Center, Detroit Symphony Orchestra, New Jersey Performing Arts Center, Winter Park Music Fest, and the Essence Music Festival in New Orleans. Since 2016, Anshia has been the sole Producer and Talent Buyer for the East Orange New Jersey Music Arts Festival (MACFest). In 2018, Anshia along with her business partner Tiffany Taylor created “Crush Your Craft” a workshop series that features creative individuals and entrepreneurs within the Entertainment Industry, such as Film, Music and Marketing.
As her roster and philanthropic efforts continue to grow, Crooms remains just as excited about her work now as she was in the beginning as a bright-eyed college graduate working six seasons in Music Programming at Central Park Summerstage and falling in love with the live show production process. Anshia is also the Co-Founder of Project Hygiene, Inc, a 501(c)3 Non-Profit organization established to support underprivileged youth ages 10-18 by encouraging enhanced health and wellness practices while denouncing bullying by donating toiletries and hosting engaging programs.
When she is not booking clients or producing events you can find her volunteering her time with the DC GRAMMY Chapter of the Recording Academy where she serves as the 2020-2022 Executive Board Secretary, DEI Ambassador, and serves on the Membership, Social Impact and Music Business Committee. Anshia also serves as a Board Member to Creative Nomads LTD and is a member of Delta Sigma Theta, Sorority, Inc.
Anshia’s work with Briclyn Entertainment and Project Hygiene produces results, cultivates great talent and infuses helping others along the way.

Tiffany "Sweetlocs" Taylor
Creative Project Director

"Music is the air that I breathe," states Tiffany. From R&B to soulful ballads to jazz and possibly some classic. Over eight years experience in helping dreams become a reality. Tiffany has worked with clients from New York to overseas. From marketing to scouting for video locations, weddings, GRAMMY-nominated recording artist, - some say she can do it all. She's known by my family and friends as someone who gets it done. Her motto is “see a need, fill a need”. She was whispered in my ear as a young child to always help others and it stuck.
Tiffany considers herself a humanitarian who loves to pay it forward. She's worked on projects to help others (Katrina Relief Event, Feed the Children, Pink Alive & Project Hygiene iniatives) sharing my gifts and talents with others is her way of paying it forward.

Courtney Scott is a multi-faceted marketing, media and project manager who specializes in event planning and management. She received her B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Bowie State University. While at Bowie State, Courtney held various student leadership positions including Resident Assistant, Student Activities Coordinator and Student Government Association Vice President. Through her experiences with Howerton + Wooten Events, Viacom and BET Networks, Apple and WebbMason Marketing Agency, Courtney developed a passion for joining her marketing expertise with her interest in curating events and her love for music.
Inspired to take the next steps in her entertainment and media career, Courtney pursued her M.S. in Media Management from The New School. Upon completing the program, Courtney developed an invaluable resource for young artists called the “Emerging Music Guide.” The guide used cutting-edge research to identify the five elements that set the foundation for success in the careers of future music industry moguls. Her goal was to help young artists, creators, and music professionals successfully manage and understand the music business - creatively, financially, and economically.
Those aspirations still ring true for Courtney today as she aims to become an artist manager with a focus on artist development in business. She also plans to continue to curate events in the music industry that help aspiring artists and professionals reach their own goals.
